Can I return an item I bought on sale?
SALE ITEMS - All sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return an order?
To return your order, simply click the above link and follow the prompts. If you require an exchange, please also include when filling out your return reason the item and size you wish to exchange to.
Once complete, this will then provide you with a unique RMA code and inform you how and where to deliver your goods for exchange or refund. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless a product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We have 3 warehouses, the address of the warehouse you'll need to return your order back to will be supplied in the return instructions once you have submitted your return request. Please note we cannot process a return until the order has been received and checked by our warehouse team.
Any returns need to be delivered directly to our warehouse as we are unable to collect from any post offices or collection points. To ensure the return reaches us correctly, please write the return address clearly on the outside of the parcel along with the RMA and 'return of merchandise.'
If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless a product is faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund for the cost of your shoes will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
We are not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than US Dollars. We will not refund any bank charges made to your account.
In the event that a return is completed and the refund amount owed exceeds amount paid, you will be credited the remaining amount in the form of a Nokwol gift card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days of return received confirmation, and you have checked your bank account, then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank to ask if there are any pending transactions.

We offer exchanges on all items as we understand sometimes the shoe doesn't always fit. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher or lower value, you will need to be charged/credited accordingly. If you are exchanging a pair of shoes for a different size, colour or style, we will cover the shipping cost of the new pair to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund because an item is faulty or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be refunded back to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our sizing online follows the EU footwear size. Our shoes all fit True To Size unless otherwise stated in the product description.
