Shipping policy
How much does shipping cost?
Orders with a value of £50 and above delivered to the United Kingdom are free of charge. UK orders with express shipping, or a value of less than £50, are charged at a flat rate of £5. Shipping fees for international orders (orders outside of the United Kingdom) are calculated at checkout, and include duty and tax charges.
Please note, if the items in your order are required to be shipped from two different locations, you will be required to pay an additional fee. This will be displayed at checkout. If you wish to know which items are causing this, please reach out to us at info@nokwol.com
Where are Nokwol products shipped from?
All Nokwol orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities in the United Kingdom or Netherlands. We also have a warehouse in Australia to handle orders from Australia only.
Do We Ship to Russia or Ukraine?
We apologize that we cannot ship to Russia or Ukraine at this time.
Do we ship to PO Boxes?
We unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time.
When will my order arrive?
UK orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day. Once shipped, orders with standard shipping will be delivered in 2 business days. Orders with express shipping will be delivered in 1 business day.
International orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. Once shipped, orders are sent with FedEx Express and will be delivered in 4-6 business days.
Australia orders placed before 9am are shipped the same day. Once shipped, orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
How will I know my tracking number?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched which will contain your tracking number and relevant information.
If you do not receive one, please email info@nokwol.com
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
Which courier do you use?
Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD.
Orders within Australia are shipped via Star Track Express.
International orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or DHL Express.
Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties?
You will not need to pay additional taxes/duties for deliveries to the UK. We fulfil all UK orders from our UK warehouse to avoid these additional charges.
All orders outside of the UK may be liable for additional duties and taxes that will be calculated at checkout.
What if I enter the wrong address?
If you have placed an order with the wrong address, we cannot guarantee that your address can be changed before your order is dispatched. Please ensure you have entered the correct address before placing your order. Nokwol is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an address that was entered in error.
